This integrated system we are looking to build is comprised of four essential functional units designed to streamline and enhance various aspects of operations:

PASSPORT FUNCTIONALITY
This would allow a technician or any individual with certifications to store and manage their certifications. Would provide notification when certifications require action such as renewal/recertification. Would also provide guidance and instruction on how to complete the process for each type of relevant certification. Other types of documentation that could be here are Eye exams, Criminal record checks, and any other documentation that an employer will require for compliance with either CNSC or CGSB(Technical).
The passport can be shared with an employer that is using the platform for their compliance purposes and this information would be immediately shared with a new or current employer when the connection between the work and the employer is made or persists and when the employee updates information. The employer or employee can update this information if there is a connection, and the permission has been granted.
Information would be tagged as employer specific or general information that would be needed by all employers.
WORKER TOOLS
Various calculators and other technical information that could be used by a field technician. Examples are (RT - a shot time calculator, barrier and sign calculator, decay calculator, other RT technical data).
INFIELD DATA COLLECTION
Not initially intended for technical reporting, primary use would be to collect compliance requirements such as an RT daily checklists, travel documents, Non-conformance reports, site audits, program audits, investigations etc.
ONBOARDING
Send out forms required to be completed prior to work. For RT this would be a Notice of NEW status.
TRAINING
The app either host or is a portal to an LMS that provides onboarding, refresher, other training and records the progress, time, results of the training.
Note that Training modules will be created internally, and each company may have unique training requirements.

Initially a dashboard user is an RSO but could also be a site supervisor, manager, asset manager. RSO what to know about equipment requirements and location. Certification due dates, other due dates, dose accumulation, compliance performance such as the completion of daily checklists. Provide notification of action require or deviation from expectations.
